Hey everyone! My name is Tony Pacheco AKA DJ XIA and I am one of the top DJs here at Cutmaster Music. DJing and helping couples create experiences that they and their guests will never forget is something that I am truly passionate about. With over 7 years of experience in weddings, nightlife, and corporate events, I know not only how to keep the party rocking but also how to blend new tracks with older to make sure everyone has a great time.

I have played in some of the hottest clubs in both Arizona and New Mexico such as AURA, The Salt Yard and Effex Nightclub. In 7 years of DJing I have worked with over 250 couples to help them with their wedding days and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. I’ve spun music for crowds as large as 2,000 people but also as small as 40 people. One event that always sticks with me is opening for a major artist here in my hometown of Albuquerque.

What makes me unique? I truly have fun at every event and the crowd feels that fun and positive energy the entire time. I am someone who will not only be a fantastic DJ that reads the crowd and keeps the party going but I will also do everything in my power to make sure you have a fantastic event. Whether it’s a wedding, private event, or something smaller, I will make sure it is memorable. I also am a professionally trained emcee that can make announcements and help create any unique experience you envision for your event.

Personal Life: I really enjoy spending my free time outdoors. I am a big hiker who loves to see mountain scapes and explore new areas all around New Mexico. I love spending time with my family, going to music festivals, playing video games, and watching movies. Some of my favorite movies are Goodfellas, The Goofy Movie and Pulp Fiction.

Tony took everything we said and helped us to have the best day ever! He has a great energy and everyone was on the dance floor.



Chris was simply amazing in every aspect….communication, design and feel of the music,... read more choice of music for the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing portion.  He really really knows how to read a room, and provided a great flow to the entire evening.  He was able to incorporate all of our requests with his own flair, and his mixing skills were awesome.  We knew we were in the right hands after our initial meeting, but the wedding itself was perfect from his end.  Chris was also able to help us with some additional lighting and a really fun photo booth.  I cannot recommend Chris and Cutmaster any higher.  Thank you, Chris!

Chris was an amazing MC for... read more the event and helped our entire vision come to life. The DJ booth set up he had was incredible -- uplighting and a video monitor that played a custom video all night really turned our event space up.  He is a music expert + reviews all of your music with you beforehand and does a great job of reading the audience to make sure the dance floor is packed!  All of our guests RAVED about Chris + we consistently heard that this was "the best DJ ever" (+ we agreed!). You will not regret using him + this company!  **Also -- the mirror photobooth was a huge hit too!!

					Chris is awesome!! He takes the time to listen to what you want and goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes exactly the way you want it to!... read more His lights are super cool and the Photo Booth (magic mirror) is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen!! It definitely made our reception 10x more fun! After the reception was over, we got a super cool photo album with all the photos people took with the photo booth!!!
