Los Poblanos is a team we come back to often, and a venue whose North Valley setting couples fall for immediately. Multiple indoor and outdoor spaces mean every wedding here looks genuinely different, even on the same property.
The spaces
The Portal
The first space you see, sometimes called the Pool Area — a large space with a patio, used for ceremonies in fall and winter and for dinner in spring and summer. It's not unusual to have some of the property's animals wander through.
The Library
The most distinctive room on the property, usually set for cocktail hour and often used for the cake cutting. Full of books, games, and odd artifacts worth exploring — and a great fit for a Magic Mirror Photobooth setup.
Ceremony areas
Los Poblanos offers several indoor and outdoor ceremony spots, including gardens and lawns. We typically provide the sound and microphone package and handle any music coordination the ceremony needs.
The Grand Salon
Where the reception really happens. In colder months we usually set it for dinner, then turn the room over into a full dance floor experience — natural, warm tones during dinner, then a full lighting shift once the floor opens.
Working with the Los Poblanos team
Los Poblanos couples get real on-site coordination support from the venue's own staff, and we've worked with that team long enough to move smoothly through their process — from load-in to the final song of the night.

The property stays the same, but every wedding here is different — the florals, the layout, the small musical touches each couple adds to their night. It's a venue Los Poblanos couples come back to us about again and again, and one we genuinely look forward to every time it's on the calendar.
