The package includes our brand new EV Evolve 50 sleek speaker system (if available) and uplighting around the dance space.

The indoor space needs all the room it can get for dancing. There’s no need for giant structures and extreme “cheesy DJ lighting.” The room is eloquent and with our uplighting spaced around the room, we can still fully control the atmosphere and give you the party you want, while maintaining the natural beauty of the space.

In this package we also include the ceremony. 90% of our Los Poblanos couples are also using the space for the ceremony and we believe it needs to be done the right way. Included in the ceremony package is typically a speaker (or 2 depending on the lawn), a mixing board, both a handheld and lavalier microphone, and any music coordination. This system is separate of the reception system, allowing for perfect flow from one space to the next without any disruptions or moving gear.

Cocktail hour is included! We will provide a single speaker with an Ipad to play your choice music list during the cocktail hour. This time is usually at lower levels allowing your guests to have great conversation, but enjoy good vibes before we make our way to dinner.

And there’s more! We also include 2 speakers and a microphone setup on the Portal for our warmer weather events. We typically conduct all toasts and announcements out on the patio before coming into the ballroom for dancing.

  2. Let us know that you’re ready to move forward with booking so we can mark your date on the calendar. For popular times of the year, we book out more than a year in advance. May-November are in high demand.
  3. A signed contract and retainer fee of 50% of your total package amount are what lock you into services with Cutmaster Music.
  4. * Our ‘No Time Limit’ policy is for reception time up to 8hrs. Most wedding receptions average from 5-7hrs in length and our package should have you more than covered. If you are doing an event outside of ‘normal’ average event times, we reserve the right to charge accordingly for the additional time needed. In most cases, this will not apply to typical events.
  5. New Mexico charges 7.75% tax. All events and services are charged NM GRT tax.
