Jaramillo-Goldman Wedding At The Tamaya

We had the privilege to provide DJ & Photobooth services for Shaun Jaramillo and Amy Goldman’s wedding on January 25th at the Tamaya Resort in Bernalillo, NM. If you have not been out to The Stables area (formerly the tent), then you need to make sure to take advantage of any opportunity to go there. This was our first event in the new building and have to say I was impressed with the new look. jaramillo-wedding-21

The day started with an incredible January ceremony outside at the gazebo with the Sandia Mountains as our backdrop. It was a little cool, but nothing provided blankets and heaters couldn’t handle. The Bride arrived in a two-horse carriage, straight out of a fairytale.

The guests then moved from the ceremony to cocktail hour on the patio and in the ballroom. Shaun and Amy provided a list of songs ranging from the Motownphilly sounds of Boyz 2 Men, to the Country rhythms of the Zac Brown Band and the classic sounds of The Police. I like lists like this because they tend to play on all the different types of guests a wedding can bring.

We then transitioned into the reception with a Grand Entrance and First Dance that played off the 80’s sounds of Michael Jackson, headlined by Shaun and Amy’s son Brayden joining them in the dance. This set the tone for an evening full of fun songs, line dances and a classic 90’s ending with K-Ci & Jo Jo’s “All My Life.” Here’s the gallery of pics through out the night.
